down our garden walk. Her home training has been all that could be desired, and her own energy (quiet and controlled) and industry have completed her training in Hospital &c. and made her I should say most efficient.

I can strongly recommend Miss Parkinson as a thoroughly
trained, skilful and most efficient Hospital Nurse.
She has been connected with the Clayton Hospital for
a considerable time, and there I have had ample opportunities
of judging of her capabilities; she is devoted to her work,
attentive and kind to the patients, and I am sure that she
will succeed in the higher branches of Hospital Work.
Nurse Parkinson leaves us with the best wishes of all
for her future success in life.
John E. Walter,
Hon. Surgeon,
Clayton Hospital,
Wakefield.
